Thanks for the support on the Podcast!

  Thanks for all the wonderful feedback on the first episode of Twisted Little Podcast!  I've received some genuinely constructive criticism, and I take it to heart, much appreciation.  If you haven't listened, you can check it out here, on iTunes, on Stitcher, or via RSS feed listed on sidebar.   The plan is to make it a weekly podcast, but the gap between episode one and episode two will be a little longer while I iron out the wrinkles with multiple feeds.

  I hope you will give the second episode a listen when it finally comes out, every set of ears it reaches means a lot to me.  As a reward: pictures of cats!

Back from Vacation

  I've been away. Did you miss me? I was galavanting all over this little corner of the world.  I Went to Vancouver to go see one of my favourite bands, Faith No More, play live.  The next week I went to Alert Bay to visit some old friends.  It was well needed and deserved, I was feeling a little burned out.  Back to it now though!

  Back to improving our twisted little playground.  More photos, posts and art to come soon, I promise.  I'm still working on the podcast, (soon, I won't promise, on that one).

Cumberland Church

  I came across this pristine church while wandering around Cumberland BC.  The photo came out a little too pretty for my general taste so I decided to use this opportunity to try out Google's mobile photo editor Snapseed.  They have recently revamped the app, and I have been hearing rave reviews.  

  It's not bad, pretty damn good for a mobile app really.  It's full featured and offers the right amount of capability, taking into account the size of screen and file one would use.  It's not going to replace Lightroom or Photoshop obviously, but for fun on-the-go edits, it's just the thing.

  If you want to check out more of my mobile edited photos, I post most of that kind of stuff on Instagram (which I've recently become quite smitten with, more on that later). Feel free to have a look and follow me if that platform appeals to you.
