I think it is time for another skull, although I'm trying to spread them out, at least a bit. I could easily do a thirty-one skulls project...(hmmm). I'm calling this one in, in a way. It's a photo from right across the living room, but I actually like the way the light from the lamp highlights from below.

The seventh day brought spiders!

The fifth installment of this project of mine is a hand carved skull candle holder from Asia that someone gave me as a gift (I'm sorry, I've forgotten who). I have always found this piece particularly eerie for some reason.
Shot with the Sony a6000 with a canon 40mm f2.8 pancake lens (I really love this lens), with and exposure time of 15 seconds.

Number four is a detail shot of a shelf I have in my living room. This is not Hallowe'en decor as such, but lives in my home as a regular fixture. I'm sure this doesn't come to a surprise to anybody.
I decided to edit this one as monochrome, but I could have gone either way really. Shot with Canon T2i, 70-200mm f2.8L.
